It makes no sense for it to be Law as Law has never permanently cut off someone’s limb in this manner, Law’s victims can always reattach their limbs.

So it literally must be Weevil, and for your knowledge this movie was written by Oda himself.

This is yet another ridiculous hypocrisy moment because the same sword swallowers claim Shanks beat Loki on a 1vs1 fair and square since Gaban stated Shanks was the only one to capture Loki but if it's about Aramaki who, in contrast to Shanks, actually fought Weevil in a fight and gave him a clear one-sided beatdown - even directly stated by his own fucking mother - it just means Aramaki "hostage diffed" Weevil.
