KoH never was about Zoro buffing his base attacks its about him making a new fighting syle called serpen attack, which he never used against Lucci. he also did not use asura, or any high lvl attack for that matter. so again what is there to argue?

You also reiterated my argument: Luffy couldn’t initially beat Caesar, and then Zolo told him to stop fucking around. A perfect example of a character being nerfed by their own mentality. Literally the whole reason Luffy beat Caesar was because Caesar had finally pissed Luffy off badly enough for Luffy to win lol.

So the facts that you have established:

1. Zolo does not goof around, meaning there is literally no excuse for him failing to beat Lucci, he just wasn’t strong enough

2. Outside dialogue from a fellow Straw Hat can buff Luffy from losing to Caesar to beating him. Similarly, Sanji’s dialogue buffed Zolo from going extreme diff with Lucci to beating him. Zolo could have never beat Lucci on his own.
