Can you honestly not tell when people are being genuine with their emotions compared to when they're faking? I don't consider myself a particularly empathetic individual, but I can spot a human being in distress.

I think it's extremely unhelpful at this stage. He's never been under any pressure because flower has been shielding him all game. But I hope to God he's town, because if he's scum I'm going to be extremely pissed at flower, and I don't want to be pissed at people over a game.
