Maybr for Luffy, but tbh Loki should be able to deal with him.

Fact at hand Loki is:

- stronger in base than PK level Harald/Xebec;
- with his fruit, he dealt with HK Harald, arguably someone above PL level altogether and on a solo-slyplit stier as DR Xebec was (for which both Roger and Garp were needed);
- he has a god fruit with the potential to destroy the world;

Honestly, wounds aside, he should be able to deal with Imu.
