You dont even need to imagine too much to think the closer the source of their power is the stronger they gonna get, giving "the abyss" seems to linked directly to imus body (see his reaction when Harald got killed)

I’d prefer tho if Sommers and Killingham just had more up their sleeve and it didn’t have to do with Imu. Sommers can activating his Mecha Heart or something to get a power boost, and dreams/nightmares that Killingham pulls out of his own head could be stronger than ones he pulls out of others. Killingham thinks he’s a god, so it’d make sense that Killingham’s MMA version of himself would be pretty strong

Tbh, they might just get saved by the Elbaf robot again, which would be really lame. But the alternative is that Imu actually takes Elbaf as a slave colony, and the SHP barely escape after beating Sommers and Killingham.

Imcel and the Gorosei don´t do anything in any situation because they´re poorly written characters. They also let Rocks attack Mariejois and did nothing for whatever reason.

Sure, but it’d still mean that the threat is weak enough that the 5 HKs in MJ are enough to handle it, and like I said, Sommers clearly wasn’t fighting whatever that threat was when he got summoned to Elbaf to sub in for Shamrock.

My immediate theory is that Imu can only leave Marijoa for a certain period of time, or there's a resource drain.

Would be ridiculous if the dude can just leave whenever.

I imagine "beating" imu is in the cards but not permanently or through their own strength but whatever is in the Sun Realm/Heaven realm

Its kinda sus we got introduced to do that but we kinda ignore, could be a deus ex machine like the nightmare luffy stuff for a temporary power or something to drive imu out of Elbaph as they did to the other gorosei in elbaph at the end when they are about to be defeated

Or its gonna end up in a sabody situation which im in favor to be honest. Free my cook from goofy he becomes 100% better every time when he is not in proximity to him

Sommers feels more like a Sanji fight and Killingham feels more like a Zoro fight.

But at the same time, Sommers is probably near Zoro's location, and we know Killingham is with Sanji's group, and Oda could still have Sanji fight Killingham again and have Sommers fight Zoro.

It was an attack that had the primary elemental counter to Aramaki's fruit lol. It forced him to transfer his body to a nearby plant instead. Momo actually nearly killed him with that attack.
