Logias are born from people’s dreams to control the elements, while Mythical Zoans are born from people’s dreams to become gods. Their elemental powers are more magical than Logia elemental powers

Yea same case with Sanji and Ace I'd say. More potent fire but Ace has more DC and AOE. In a fight against top tiers I'd argue potency is far more important. Which is why awakening will be make or break for someone like Kuzan.
