KoH serpen attacks are his Power up tho, its like Luffy would go G4 and not use G4 attacks but base attacks instead. serpen/Dragon attacks are literally KoH attacks. like when Zoro unlocked KoH he used shishi sonson but it was not "koh shishi..." it was just the normal one and later he used as a finisher "KoH.. Dragon domination"
