Imu might use his stronger arsenal to defeat them, maybe even hax powers.
Oda wont make them lose brutal like Zoro/Sanji.

But I'm pretty sure Loki gonna handle it better than Zoro/Sanji.

Given the way both wings were swiftly dispatched by Imu, will be interesting to see how Oda goes about developing them this arc.
If Sommers & Kiringham did indeed get PUs then I can see him using that as a platform to develop them with Oda ultimately utilizing their defeats as Imu’s achilles heel. Though I'm still not really gassed about that matchup tbh not gonna lie (i.e. compared to fights against the Calamities, Cp9 or even Baroque Works, matchups against those feel very low stakes and it feels like their sole existence in this arc is to serve as a medium to weaken Imu)
If those two didn't get PUs then maybe we get Enies Lobby type power-ups for the wings coz I can’t really see Oda going the route of another training arc.
Also I thought the way Oda had Imu defeat both was interesting.
Feel like Oda might have shown them how they can improve for their next iteration of development.
