This is the worst technicality attempted. Oda has Sommers say it's Omen so Imu doesn't have to. It takes no effort at all to understand that this would be the exact same thing for Killingham, because it looks the same and has the same effect.
He didn't shoot a fireball, he threw a kick. I'm not here to make assumptions about the size of the explosion that resulted or the intention behind creating that explosion. For all I know it may not even damage him as severely as it seems.

Zoro also grew an extra arm out of his ass cause he sheathed his swords, despite we seen the sword in mid panel flying out of his mouth, him having his hands occupied with 2 other swords (that he was blocking of course! oda wanted to subtly imply it thats why he shown only his face getting hit once), and the panel on the ground where he is whimmering from the spot he landed, not just because oda drew it that way, that cant be, it MUST be this.
I call it 4 style twerker man
vs your big analysis, like the bigger flame of the same attack with 2 hands being stronger than the smaller flame with 1 hand of the same attack, needs to be confirmed by the author to really know for sure, we are not worthy
have fun microanalysing the manga of they guy who says he forgets stuff and looks up on the wiki to make another theory that is wrong again
