I think Luffy will have some sort of immunity to Imus toolset yeah. And he can probably give his own “Omen” to others.

Except it would not make sense for Imu to hold back on his strength on loki if he want to hurry up.

Luffy and Loki likely both have a resistance to full on immunity to maki since both already showed immunity to Imus demonification power.
