Oda didn't want to put Mihawk on page because it would've gave away his importance in the final saga. Mihawk's role will probably be explored during or shortly after Elbaf when we cut back to Cross Guild for a number of chapters.
He doesn't have to "go find search" for it . As for his character he just doesn't care about the one piece treasure and it's content .
Mihawk made imu the king of the world made him sit on the empty throne, mihawk made buggy a yonko, mihawk can make anyone a pirate king if he wanted .
He gave the task to Roger for doing some with the one piece treasure but fraudger faked pirate cancer and ran away and chose to get executed .

Gaban was specifically talking about Harald's regeneration. He mentions that as the reason.

HK Harald was how Oda ended the flashback, the rise of Loki to power and how he stopped what Gaban thought was impossible. Gaban who knows how strong WB was, literally could not believe his eyes at Nidhogg Loki. DR Rocks and Roger/Garp teaming up was a sideshow in comparison. That's literally what happened. Loki's achievement had Imu shook, Roger and Garp never did. Only Garling cares about them.
The only Convo to be had rn is if Loki just a Mary Sue, which is imo, kind of a valid point at the moment. Dude didn't even have to train or travel the seas to be top 10 alive, and once he got his fruit, he surpassed everyone. No one else has fought Imcel 1v1 in centuries.
If Imu had been as decisive as he was vs Zoro (with the 3 headshots) , that sword Nemesis would have stabbed Lokis heart ending the fight right here.
