@PuckTheGreat looks like Loki significantly outperformed the wings. Do you really want to die on the hill that he's joining the crew?

Him outperforming the wings was expected (was never of the opinion that any of the wings atp are stronger than Loki), if anything I'd argue that the current setup is actually a good ting for the wings as Loki is getting his time in the sun prior to those two get their powerups. Things can only go up for them whereas Loki's not really going to be getting any stronger than he alredy is this arc.
Another ting that I think is also important is how Luffy fares in comparison to Loki. If Luffy fares better then the wings will not be that far off from Loki by the time this arc ends as the M3 are relative (i.e we can argue gaps at several points in the series etc but that dynamic exists for a reason)

Lastly another interesting ting that Oda is doing is that he's telepgraphing Sanji and Zoro's potential powerups (i.e. Black Flames and Black Blade) and they are fairing quite well against Loki so far.

So yh I woudn't count the wings out yet.

Holy shit, Oda temporarily had Harald regain some of his spirit to draw his typical tear jerker flashback moment, but Harald was only able to regain it *because* of the shock of getting his ass kicked by Loki to begin with. Shock seems like to be way to force someone to snap out of Imu's control, albeit only temporarily.

Issue with these theories is that they miss the point of Loki eating the fruit.
The most simple explanation is that the fruit gave Loki the power boost necessary to best his father, cause that how's the story presented it.
