We will never go to Loadstar, it was confirmed by Inu in Zou.

Problem is we are unable to go directly to Laughtale atm. Luffy will need that last road poneglyph and we know who have it. So my guess is that this person is roaming around the last island (loadstar) and it'll be a battle royale for that last Road Poneglyph, cuz we know Blackbeard pirates are after this person too. Shanks is after BB, and Buggy would want that last RP too.
