But with how huge the OP world is, Luffy being the savior/terror of the entire OP universe would feel so boring imo. I don't like the God's theme, but now that we are here, I prefeer more Gods for different purposes and better world-building.

I would still rather to be just one God. Because you still can make other characters relevant. If there are a bunch of gods. Then only Gods matter. Similar to Gojo vs Sukuna. After Gojo died the fight was boring as hell.
