Only good thing about this chapter is that it basically wraps up the flashback, give us Luffy vs Imu already.

This flashback hasn't yet explained why the government is acting like a jerk to Esperia so suddenly.

This flash black is a set up to a future Gunko flashback, so brace yourselves, we’ll get a few chapter of fighting (with several breaks in between) then when Luffy finally arrives to fight Imu, we’ll get another Gunko flashback
