My thoughts on Jaguar, I find his amount of speculating about roles/ charatcers and also the amount of offtopic in general concerning and something I can see Mafia doing and thus I couldn't ever fully townread him but I can see what you said about him sounding very pure and like freely sharing his thoughts, I also have that impression overall from him, like he doesn't necesserily have an agenda it feels like and just shares what is on his mind so for that I do have slightly more town lean on him atm.

Fuji is experienced host, he would propably give a mix of major and some less major characters. Also some would be fake claims.

Davos is not even that minor of character

I think the Red Wedding guys could fit as baddies here. Roose Bolton, Frey, Ramsey Bolton, Tywin Lannister, Joffrey.

As indies I would see the likes of Littlefinger and Varys, they always schemed for their own purpose (not exactly with Varys, but you get the point).

I agree that all major Starks and Baratheons would be here.

But where are we going with this? :P
