yeah something like that, we should also keep each othe council member under high scrutiny i saw many times where there was a very active sum player and was directing all the discussion so we must demand from each council member equal participation and never let someone take over ( unless that someone is me then we can trust that )
if everyone can participate equally that would be ideal
we can also distribute task based on everyone strengths
for example I usually like analysing lynch tallys so I would focus on that for example
someone who understands interactions well can look into which players probably couldn't be in a team together and which players could
someone else could look more indepth into eod, like how people reacted during it
someone who likes isos a lot could look indepth into players who they feel are hardest to read
etc. just things I can think about at the top of my head
we can also distribute task based on everyone strengths
