- he isn't just playing striker role, he also assist, some playmaking, and help team defend.
- Bayern won the league and a cup.
- He disappeared during PSG and Argentina match but he did well before these matches.

Mbappe
- Real Madrid didn't win anything this reason.
- 40 goals, 6 assists.
- top scorer at the world cup

Yamal
- Barcelona won the league and a cup.
- 25 goals 17 assists.
- Win the world cup but didn't perform at his best the whole tournament.

I think you are bit harsh on him . If you see him with Bayern he is amazing , England’s midfielders lack creative output. Rice is overrated he is nothing in front of likes of Rodri, Pedri are other creatives midfielders . I would say he is good but not a world class.

I saw it happen for Tottenham a lot during the days when we had insane distribution. Granted, Kane has actually matured A LOT as a player and seems even better these days than back then.

Don't get me wrong, you won't find many who like Kane as much as me (or most Spurs supporters) as he was one of our own and was integral for our golden era (which was still trophyless...), but I cannot discount his few failings. Too bad that he is the only good center striker of the team, so he has to stay up front with opponent center defends. I just think the team didn't do well in the midfield, if they have some controls, he could have make a shot or 2. Who knows it might change the match.
