"Omen" most likely able to summoned the 20 Kings Weapon that imu's stored.
So the name attack arguments kinda vague and ambiguous for now.
Like i said before, "Omen" Kinda reminds me of Pandora Box or "Treasure" From Gilgamesh.
And ability to manipulate ( changing the weapon as he like, giving boost to other etc )

Few of them on Saijo Oowazamono and some on Oowazamono.
We got confirmation of 5 of Saijo so its still have 7 left.
For Oowazamono we still got a confirmation of 5 confirmed, 16 left.
So its still make perfect sense if they are included on those catagories bare minimum
