We know one's physical conditions can effect how much chakra they have, Hiruzen was severely impacted due to age & Itachi was past his expiration date, surviving solely due to medications.

His eyesight was borderline blindness as well.

Itachi with a healthy body & less blind eyes pushes EMS Madara to high diff solo. Give him the EMS and he's winning.

Bobby B vs Jaime is a 50/50 match. I used to give Jaime a small edge but now I think either man has an equal chance of winning.

Prime Robert is probably too strong of a warrior not to be put right there with Arthur, The Bold and Kingslayer.
