Unfortunately, how are we supposed to know if the Haki the Gorosei are tapping into, courtesy of Imu, is greater than the Haki the Holy Knights are tapping into? If the access level is the same for everyone, the difference would essentially be the same as the gap between base-level Holy Knights and base-level Gorosei. But what if the Gorosei's Haki is actually stronger...? But how would we even know?
I don't know, it just seems weird to me, lol. And Oda is going to signal this through the size of the lightning bolts, which is total crap. How do we know Garp has insanely strong Haki? By the size of the lightning bolts, lol, and the size of the punch's explosion, too. I mean, how can we not use this terrible metric when it's the only thing we have to make any sort of comparison?
