Yup, the 19 weapons seem to be very malleable, courtesy of the Omen shenanigans. Imu wielded Gram in a twinblade-like form, Sommers is wielding it as a sword and even infused his thorns into the handle.

Kidd is coming back with ACoC and Law might do the same or unlock another hax part of his fruit

Base Luffy blitzed Imu. KOH Zoro was not even worthy for Imu to look at him. If base Luffy is pathetic then KOH Zoro is even more pathetic lol. KOH Zoro is canonically much slower than base Luffy so characters faster than base Luffy like Doflamingo/Katakuri easily blitzes Zoro. Zoro will never be able to hit either Doflamingo/Katakuri since they're much faster than base Luffy who is much faster than KOH Zoro lol.

About Gram, its not bigger, i think Imu summoning Gram on the back side of his Staff Halberd Javelin whatever it is, and seemingly look big enough, if u see it again, he was summoning Gram on the back side or the fron side. Thats why its kinda bigger since Imu wepons are kinda bigger than him.

About Omen, if it turns out to be Imu's own power. It will be Over for Hakiman lol.

It won't be Imu's own power, Blackbeard will be a Omen user too, all the evil demi gods essentially.. Actually it's possible that Black Lightning might be a weak version of Omen..

Even in same grade there is difference and there are ungraded swords too that are very powerful.
Enma, Shusui and Wado have the same grade yet they are not equal.

Law literally lose to Doffy in terms of Speed at Dressrosa, it was shown.
