According to them, Harald was the strongest being in the world and unstoppable to anyone, far above PK+++, and Loki defeated that guy, reaching a “Demigod” level far beyond the unstoppable Harald.
Then a chained Loki says he will destroy any pirate crew he, Luffy, wants, and they take that completely literally. BUT the irony of all this is:
Loki was destroyed by Shanks. In the worst-case scenario, it was Shanks plus his crew, which is the denial option used by Loki fans. But apparently, all you need to defeat and chain the transcendent being known as Loki, the killer of HK Harald, is a pre-Yonko Shanks plus a crew of WEAK commanders. The so-called man who claims he can destroy any pirate crew was literally defeated and chained by one.
And the funniest part is that the beast Loki, the unstoppable one, the Demigod, was released by an Emperor who said several times that he could defeat him.
Even in the worst-case scenario, Gaban, the same guy who hyped up Loki and Harald and said several things about them, handed an Emperor the key to release Loki. He did this after Loki had killed HK Harald and after witnessing all of it.
In the end, all you need to do to convince Gaban and make him hand over the key to release the man who killed HK Harald is show him Gear 5. @Elder Lee Hung

Gaban feats are cool but besides that mean nothing different power scaling wise
- Gaban is weaker than Rayleigh weaker than Garp and weaker than Whitebeard
- He’s also just like Rayleigh currently weaker than Blackbeard. Blackbeard being the weakest emperor pre Wano
