Not really. Worst says he redirected her to Ratchet. Flower says she can't be redirected. Worst says it would still work. Neither RKO not Ratchet would survive the shot according to their claims.

There's two scum teams according to the census so Worst lying about having info on Ratchet doesn't automatically make Ratchet town but it does make Worst more likely to be scum imo
