so he has a jail, refill, and can see people in his location (is this different from him seeing who visit him?) and he can prevent someone from using offensive actions

the last ability is essentially a conditional/restricted roleblocker, so it qualifies as harmful. why didn't AL claim it?

Worst is 100% lying, for context it's my birthday today so I can't spend it defending myself, I've claimed most of my role. The only other parts are if I stay in the same location twice I learn everyone in that location and I can stop someone from "using offensive actions". Lastly I can refill. That's everything, full claim.

Well first like I said I already host confirmed it but Krogo's role, had offensive and disruptive in different catagories in the role.
