Ekko slipped last game as well and no one believed me....but he did.....and he was scum...and I was right

He slips a lot. Like the first thing you should do is read your role and wincon and he failed to even do that right. If he ain't mafia then he probably the fool.

My mind can't wrap around that being a slip unless done with intent. Because scum are usually way more careful than that.

Because it probably isn't but he did this last game as scum too. Comes in and starts talking about who is suspicious and making dumb claims and he didn't read the game WU. That's not the general attitude of someone who wants to solve.
