Is this whole fight just going to be Imu tanking everything until the HKs are killed and he's weakened enough to be beaten?
I think it's pretty much what you said, except until Luffy and company run out of energy, and then Shanks and other top tiers come to aura-farm against Imu. Then, Luffy/Loki and others get enough power back to knock Imu/God's Knights out of Elbaph.

It's VERY important that they turn Shuri over to their side, though, because they need Shuri to tell them how to destroy the Magic Circles in the Castle and... the other one Gunko/Shamrock used to summon Sommers/Killingham.

Possible that Loki can just smash them with Ragnir, but, Shuri still needs to tell them where the other one is.

If they don't get rid of the Magic Circles after they knock Imu/God's Knights back to the Marijoa, the Celestial Dragons can just keep teleporting back into the country.

Imu BETTER remember to give Gunko/Shuri telepathic orders to acrually do something HELPFUL, instead of actively betraying him because he's not paying attention.:whitepress:

Zoro and Sanji haven’t even killed Sommers and Killingham to weaken Imu yet but it already feels like Loki and Luffy can stall Imu on their own until his time limit runs out.

You get that when fucking Hajrudin and Usopp are having any impact on this fight, Loki gets mortally wounded again only to recover in five minutes and Luffy suffers zero consequences after getting neg diffed.

This is getting to the point where I'm starting to doubt he has a hybrid form ( I mean I 99% believe he does but this is getting really silly)
Loki's Hybrid knocks him out of commission for a few minutes like Luffy's Gear 5 does, IMO. But, Loki is:

A: Smarter than Luffy and
B: Stronger than Luffy

So Loki doesn't need to go into his Hybrid Zoan that often, and only saves it for when he REALLY needs it, since Loki being out of commission for 5 minutes or so like Gear 5 would be VERY BAD for someone as big of a target as he is.

Also, considering the gap between Luffy and Loki at this point, with wounded Loki wildly outperforming healthy Luffy without using his Hybrid, and then considering the gap between Loki's Giant Warriors and Luffy's strongest Nakama, and it really makes sense Loki isn't using his Hybrid that much in general, if it takes him out for awhile. The Giants around him just can't keep up without him. It's like Marines in Halo when they do or don't have Master Chief. The moment Chief leaves the room, the Marines are all getting killed by mutherfucking Invisible Sword Elites.

I think we'll only see Loki's Hybrid when he's actually on 5% HP, and knows he won't be able to continue, no matter what. I think Loki's Hybrid drains his Haki/Stamina massively, it might last even shorter than Gear 5, especially depending on the size. Like... is Hybrid Loki closer to Zoan Loki or normal Loki in size? I imagine he can alter the size, but to what extent?

I wonder if we'll see Sogeking Usopp or Hyrbid Loki first?

I honestly forgot about Deidara. Lol. Even so, I kinda dislike the idea of saying he "won fights" when he didn't even fight. He just looked at somebody who was stupid enough to look him in the eyes, and thanked Alien Ninja God that he was blessed with a genjutsu based Mangekyo ability to crutch on.

But sure, I guess. I was more thinking about the occasions where he ACTUALLY fought. He doesn't really have much in the way of solo fights in that case. At that point its basically just bullying the shit out of Kid Sasuke (but why, tho?). Or team fights like against Nagato.
I mean, Genjutsu is one of his powers. It's why he's called the solo king.

He teamed up against Nagato and Kabuto, but it's not like Sasuke or Naruto were offering that much in their fight, beyond distracting the opponents I guess

Like how the tension over how Kohonagakure's recovery after Pain's attack was instantly solved when he brought everyone back to life?
Let go of your Nardo OP 2000s rivalry for a minute.

Pain changing his mind because of a book was a new low for villains, until Oda decided that Imu would abruptly leave God Valley for literally no actual reason. That's currently the new low for anime villains, and Oda has been toping it every week with Imu.
