@TheAncientCenturion Is Jiraiya the most glazed Naruto character? I’ve seen people say that he’s actually on par with Itachi, and that Base Jiraiya could low diff Tendo

This is really only a casual/tourist take tbh so I don’t know if I’d be considering it as glazing. It’s probably Itachi despite Itachi entirely being worth 75% of the overhype

Quelaag, 4 kings, O&S and the dlc, thats about it when it comes to ds1 bosses

All of these are leagues better than any base game DS2 boss. All of the DS2 bosses are low quality crap aside from Velstadt and the Looking Glass Knight, which rise to the illustrious level of being completely mid, certainly nothing on the level of peak DS1 bosses.

Like you said, it’s not just the bosses but the areas leading up to them as well. The worst DS1 area >> the best base game DS2 area. Literally the DS2 DLCs are DS2 at 99% power.

Best thing that could happen is Dragon showing up in the flower room in Marijoa and lure Imu back to challenge him for a heated debate about politics.

Yeah, I'm not sure why people think Oda would have Dragon/Shanksu save the day instead of Goofy powering up or getting some sort of plot device. Oda is going to need to justify him being the PK within an arc or two at this point
