My source tells me that this chapter is a surprise Kong flashback where we're introduced to his rival Go D. Zilla who is stronger than all four Emperors combined.

Their fight destroyed three islands and left Kong with amnesia which he will recover from in the end of the chapter and transform into monke form using the Monkey Monkey logia fruit (it's a special logia, don't ask).

The leakers have not disclosed any of this because they're all salty Ultraman fans.

And Wano was more interesting to follow than Elbaf

*Zoro not visiting Ryuma's grave
*Many characters that were introduced that did nothing
*Pacing was bad

But ok you somehow ignore many of those and think Wano is peak and think it is way better than Elbaf.

I disagree with pretty much everything else, but thinking Kaido is better than Imu is a pretty valid take tbh

Nah Kaido is not better than Imu, Kaido is legit just boring and not that interesting.

Maybe in the beginning he was but not anymore.

I will admit that Imu right now as a character is kind of whatever, but him still being a potential final villain, him being from the void century, and his connection to Joy Boy, and just for @Fujishiro him being a possible parrot, makes him a far more interesting character than Kaido.

Kaido wasn't an especially complex or tragic villain, but that was okay. He was just a big, huge bastard that clubbed people and shouted a lot. Sometimes that's all you need.

I was so horny for Dawnwalker, but that changed since i found out about the time limit - i hate that in games.

I hear ya. Its my one real gripe with the Dead Rising games. Like, I get why its there mechanically, I get that NOT being able to do absolutely everything in one run can be interesting and force you to make actual meaningful choices.......but it also hurts my soul to not be able to do everything. My inner completionist demands perfection!

I'm not defending Kaido, but at the end of the day, he's relatively inoffensive. He's just one of the 4 emperor's. Imu's very existence comes with a lot of inherent issues for the OP universe

Him being connected to Joyboy doesn't make him more interesting, the reader doesn't even know who any of those characters are. Joyboy, Davy Jones, War God etc....who really cares?
