Looks like Sommers blocking Dragon Damnation, then performing like this afterwards, is Oda telling us two things:
1. Zoro is capable of using Dragon Damnation easily in combat without much of a Haki drain, so his Haki's gotten A LOT stronger from both fighting King and Kaido, as well as V. Nusjuro and Lucci, he has a lot more Haki to work with and to burn through, now.
2. Zoro is becoming much stronger from learning he has CoC. This is him still getting a handle on the power, when, before, it came out due to circumstance, and him surpassing his limits.
I'm still expecting a lot of other top tiers to show up after Luffy and Loki go down.
Shanks and Kuzan I have as locks, and I can also see Rayleigh, Shakky, and Boa, along with some Cross Guild contingent (Mihawk most likely). Blackbeard himself is also possible.
Loki is a giant prize, and even just ALLYING with him is incredibly important. Blackbeard and Cross Guild will both want to recruit Loki, and we know Shanks wants to see Loki and is at least nearby.
Also think Zunesha sensed Imu, if Bepo swam to Zou, Law might show up here, soon.
