The whole thing with Zoro is fucking stupid as it is. There's no point defending this. Zoro remembers that, back in the Underworld, Loki literally tells them the Holy Knights' one and only weak point: they have to be attacked where their heart is. Then, when Luffy beats the shit out of Sommers, Zoro actually sees the steel heart, and he even says that if they destroy it, they're done for. I could nitpick about why Zoro didn't destroy the heart right then and there when he saw it, but whatever. Then Imu came and resurrected Sommers and the others. And now, many chapters later, we somehow return to a situation where Zoro is thinking that he should attack Sommers' heart because Loki said so? lol What the fuck? What have you been doing all this time, you moron? It's clearly not like Sommers' combat ability prevented you from doing it up until now, since you just overpowered him in a matter of moments and hit his heart. So what the fuck have you been doing this whole time?
I can confidently say that based on the last 40 chapters, Zoro has been the dumbest Straw Hat so far. The guy learned how to use Conqueror’s Haki back in Wano and was already fighting King with swords infused with ACoC, yet halfway through the Elbaph arc he suddenly realizes that he can actually use Conqueror’s Haki. XD He literally tells Gaban that he didn’t know he had Conqueror’s Haki and that he was using it. I mean, Kaido already hinted at it, then against King, people were literally passing out from his Haki, and King directly says, “It seems you’re a king too.” And after all of that, Zoro proceeds to use ACoC throughout his fights. Zoro obviously knows what Conqueror’s Haki is, since he already saw Luffy use it back on Fish-Man Island, and he immediately said, “Well, it looks like our captain is a Conqueror’s Haki user." In his flashback during the fight against King, he remembers the swordsmith who created Enma. The swordsmith literally talks about how the sword has to be CONQUERED, how he has to impose his own will onto the sword. After that, Zoro is already able to consciously use Conqueror’s Haki. And then in Elbaph, Oda suddenly comes up with the idea that he had apparently been using it instinctively the whole time? What the fuck was even the point of his fight against King, then?
