aside from that imagine you trained 2 years for conqueror haki then 2 weeks in wano to learn ryou just to get outcompete by the dumbest guy in the story who didnt know he had coc after getting told 3 times he was one. zoro achieving this control coc before luffy makes me laugh. at least loki has excuse cuz he didnt know adv coc

So there's only two options
A) There's a level above what was shown so far and Zoro's the first to show it on screen
B) nobody could actually control it better so far, including Gaban himself, who's adv CoC looked, as established, the same as Zoro's 'uncontrolled'

People keep talking about “new” levels of CoC, when most of these examples are just showing stuff we’ve already seen or known.
Shanks/Greenbull’s Haki is basically the same "basic" “intimidation” ability just released in a concentrated way at a single target.
Gaban/Imu is basically the same thing except it’s a concentrated CoC blast. We’ve already seen CoC affect/damage the surrounding environment with Shanks and the Luffy/Kata CoC clash.
It’s really just a matter of skill and proficiency in using it not some new levels of CoC.
