Anyone ever played Titan Quest? Been on an older game run recently, played a bunch for the first time in ages. Did Starcraft (genuinely forgot the "queen bitch of the universe" thing was an actual line Kerrigan said and not just a meme. Lmao) and Supreme Commander. Now I'm on my ARPG arc. Might go for the older Diablo's next, once I'm done with TQ. Having a lot of fun with it. They added a surprisng amount with the Anniversary Edition.

Isn't the man marked by flames supposed to be a great navigator with all the black boat thing and the supposed "whirlwind power"? I don't know, it could have been Gyaban but we don't know if this whirlwind power is a devil fruit or not. If it is this exclude Gyaban.

Only Lucci is a competent fighter.
Spandam is a fraud.
Kaku and Jabra are competent enough, but no longer threats to the SHs.
The rest are genuine fodder.

The doriki assessments back then were made before Kaku ate his fruit and by now we know zoan fruit do affect the users base body. So we can add a significant load of doriki on his stats back then.

2 years later we find Lucci and Kaku both awakened and both masked CP0 agents. It took Lucci decades with his fruit to awaken. Kaku needed less than 2 years and by now is on the same rank as Lucci.

The only ability of Lucci that's superior to Kaku's is his ruthlessness. Absolutely nothing else.

Given Kaku's growth curve, he would probably mid to high diff Lucci at this point.

I'm not Zoro fanboying as he negged both of them last arc. It's just spitting facts
