I did not think Moro was a good arc, a good antagonist, or very interesting, after the New Namek encounter. The arc really fumbles after the intro and every new element feels contrived with Moro eventually turning into Perfect Cell Super Buu

- Akira actually managed to introduce a villain with a new premise and fairly fresh backstory for DB Standards, without retconing the universe again (Beerus)
- brought back and used elements like Buu, Yadrat and the Kaioshin from the past
- Made the other Z Warriors semi relevant
- Made Goku and Vegeta use their brains instead of simply inventing new forms and powering through
- Moro in terms of techniques and Battle IQ was finally a fresh breath of air


Yeah, he did fumble in the end and turned Moro into another Freezer, but I'd still say from super, it's overall the best arc
