Tbh there's been a bunch of character and/or ability developement for the SHs this arc (Robin, Zoro, Brook, now Sanji) which is something the community usually complains lacks in current OP.

I hope by the end of the the others (especially Franky, Chopper and Jinbe) also have some kind of personal growth or hone their abilities.

Probably. It’s funny because Marvel’s last 3 movies have been pretty good (Thunderbolts, Fantastic Four, and BND), but I still have no hype for Doomsday because it’s so obvious that Doomsday is just gonna be nostalgiaslop. All that I’m looking forward to are RDJ’s performance as Doom and seeing what role Doom’s 4 witches (Strange, Wanda, Sylvie, and Clea) will play.

Thunderbolts seems meh but I didn't watch it

Before he replies, allow me to express my frustrations with just Elbaf alone.
1. The pointless false start with Road and his lego castle.
2. The Covenant power system, because if you don't have Conqueror's Haki, you can't hurt them and that's nonsense.
3. Xebec being transformed in front of everyone's eyes and them believing he willingly betrayed them
4. Usopp not having time to shine
5. A Demiurge figure having the Satan-Satan Fruit.

I'm sure he will say "Oh, you're just one of Oda's angels", but not even counting Elbaf, there's more issues about the series as a whole that I do not like and would list them, if asked.

But there's no point talking to an obvious troll who would have to be dragged kicking and screaming into ever conceding one positive aspect of the series while lapping up things he condems here like it's ambrosia when another author does similar or worse.

He often times acts like something only has merit if it's extremely popular and beloved

read 1193 again, both Kham and Sommers were just trashed by the wings but in Khams case it ALWAYS clear that Sanji has no CoC so Kham ignored it all and wore down compared to Sommers who was vigilant of Zoro’s coc

Kham was beaten like 3 times by Sanji on panel, but the lack of CoC makes it all futile

How are we suddenly ignoring that Sommers swatted KoH away like a fly and constantly fretting of Zoros CoC while Sanji literally landing several finishers on Kham

not that it’s matter, it’s abundantly clear that both wings will join the Imu battle
