Now that you got the nerf thing and the character is getting retconned for the final war, sanji post timeskip is downscaled not only for his anti feats, but also lack of high level opponents, Queen is a giant bum who got stalled by Chopper.
Lucci is genuinely stronger than Queen.
Sanji had closer feats to zoro pre TS (Zoro was still obviously stronger, drawing blood from Kuma without Haki)

Honestly, I just wish Oda showed the part of the fight leading up to what we got. Like, Sommers smacks aside Dragon Damnation and throws Zoro to the ground, then we cut away and when we get back Sommers is big chilling with Zoro "trapped " in thorns (seemingly more scuffed up? He seemed to be bleeding from the head and his facemask was gone at least, which he still had last time we saw him), strolling around wondering what was taking Killingham so long, and flexing Gram on random branches instead of on Zoro. Lol.

So whatever happened in between led Sommers to believe he was totally in control and could take his time, we just......didn't see it, for whatever fucking reason.

Like, even if nothing else changed about the fight but us seeing Sommers be more competent on panel BEFORE Zoro started dominating, it would just be much more fun to read in general.

I don’t think Sanji gets another full chapter and IMU reaction to HKs defeat, should happen either in middle of the fight with Loki or Luffy round 3

Kidd has a rival gimmick with luffy too, luffy genuinely stomps him and stomped him even pre gear 5, it's nothing more than a gimmick.
King is nearly untouchable without coc coating, he's a mini holy knight with ex. durability instead of regeneration
