Kaido's body is soft enough to be cut by pre-power up Zoro, which got blocked and tossed by Sommers. If Sanji's body is hard enough to shatter that same weapon, then his offense has gone up the same.

Kaido's "toughness" is of a lower tier than Sanji's. 1 kick would break him in half.

We talking about kaido damaging Sanji .
Kaido getting cut by Zoro does not tell you about kaido attack power.
In fact BM had the stronger body any way IMO.
There no way that Oda would have a yonko with ACoC unable to hurt sanji .
