So conclusion :
- Ryo is just advanced haki that many or most top tier ppl could use it and wound/pierce Kaido (we still don't know if it works on Big Mom as she stands out as the only clear exception rn)
- Kaido could heal from anything that's why he's immortal (?!) , brings back some old theories like Law sacrificing himself
- Emna (and Zoro) back to relevance again to the plot of hurting and killing Kaido since the only scare he couldn't heal (but why ?) is the one Oden did with Emna

That's not what was stated in the manga:

It doesn't make sense if it did. This isn't the first time Zoro has used another strong person's sword.
Remember Shusui, the black blade, that was Ryuma's (aka the Sword God)? Don't you think Zoro would be a lot stronger than he was at the time if previous users haki could be utilised by the current user?
And the argument that it is the previous users haki would apply more so to Shusui since it is a black blade, while Enma is not.
