At the end of a chapter, usually there's a closing message. It's not translated in the EN release Ch109: he has been revived, Fushiguro's father the heavenly tyrant [TOJI]. Jumps in! This 'heavenly tyrant' (ๅคฉไธŽใฎๆšดๅ›) was also mentioned in the end of ch 95

Gojo, stating tenjo-tenge(throughout the Heavens and Earth, I alone am the honoured one) from the sky, looking down to earth from the sky. Seems like we got a 'reverse' from that with Toji, looking down to the sky from 'earth'
