Sanji is stronger than Vergo. Vergo got kicked around by Sanji. Only reason Sanji's shin cracked is because he didn't take Vergo seriously.

Vergo punched Tashigi with all his might but she tanked it. Smoker was fine after he let Vergo use all his strength to beat him, he couldn't even KO him.

Law one-shot Vergo like he one-shot Kinemon.

Doflamingo dealt with Law's DF easily. You just need good CoA, as Smoker said.
Vergo has trash CoA, that's why he can't block Law's slash. Even Smoker had better CoA than Vergo since he blocked Law's sword.

I mean, Vergo clearly was not to be trifled with. Sanji who should be close to Zoro couldn't beat him and ran away. Barring the Gas of course.
