Now, these are the reasons why judge is better:
1. Judge is a better fighter
We all saw how judge pimp slapped sanji's attack and beat him in aerial fight
2. Judge is more hygiene
Rats bring diseases and judge knows how to take care his hygiene.
Meanwhile...
"Hey mom. I know you are sick and only can eat certain food. So, would you like to eat some dirts?"
3. Judge is more kind-hearted at the core
Judge couldn't just be heartless no matter how he wanted it due to his humanity.

Judge couldn't just be heartless no matter how he wanted it due to his humanity. Meanwhile, this is sanji :
It's one thing to get pissed at bad customer and knock him down, but it's another thing to beat your customer until he was drenched in blood. Most people would already stop before this.

I don't know who is the stronger between the two but each character got it own quirks and perks.
I like Judge's macho style. He is not as cool as the All Might from BnHA but he reminds me and of Naruto's Raikage a bit, not sure exactly why however.
When Judge cries, it's when people he trusts with his life stab him in the back and threaten to put him in the dirt along with all of his life work he's dedicated himself to, and his precious sons/daughter.
When Sanji cries, it's over a teenage girl who doesn't notice him on twitch.
There's a distinctive difference between blocking an attack and slap an attack. And when did Judge beat Sanji in aerial combat? By that logic, I guess King also beat Sanji in aerial combat as well but it's actually not. Grabbing an opponent and slam them into the ground doesn't mean that they lose (both Judge and King grabs Sanji the same way just like how Katakuri grabs Gear 4 Snakeman Luffy and slammed Luffy into the ground but he didn't lose). The only time when Sanji will "lose" in aerial combat is when either Sanji caught off-guard which he always does (example would be Sanji vs Yuen when Sanji was carrying Luffy on his arms and look away for a second and Yuen slammed him into the ground) and when the enemy have some hax that Sanji can't deal with (example would be Doflamingo). And again, Sanji stated that aerial combat is his forte.
And of course since Judge's gloves is heat-proof, he could easily grabs Sanji's leg and throw him down.
And this is another scenario when Sanji was saving Momo like a badass hero he is, he got caught off-guard again.
And second of all, Judge uses his cape to blocked Sanji's attack which stated by Sanji himself that it's the shield to defend against any decently strong attacks.
And as you can see down here, Sanji with an attack of the normal Diable Jambe could not overcome the RS over-defense.
However down here, Sanji is increasing the DJ's power and warmth, taking on a star/stellar shape.
And when Sanji is about to one shot Judge, Judge has to pull a Kaido of the Hundred Hostages except that the clones soldiers is doing this at their own will because they were designed to be like that.And knowing Sanji, he's too kind to kick them and therefore he got sent flying by Judge. Talk about a cold-blooded father and a kind-hearted son.
And because Sanji saw how cruel of a person Judge was, he decided to stay down and give up.
Okay first of all, Judge doesn't mind the rats. He's pissed off because Sanji feed foods to the rat despite the fact that's he a royalty. That's hurting Judge's pride.
First of all, it was Sora's will to eat the food for him. I mean who wouldn't eat the food that a child who put all the effort into it?ExactlyAnd despite the fact that she is sick, she's still try to eat Sanji's food because she loves him so much. Truly the greatest mother in OP yet.

I mean if you are Judge in that situation, would you kill Sanji even though he's useless? Exactly.
And Reiju already stated that Sanji is the kindest person than anybody else.

So apparently beating up a customer who disrespecting all three of Sanji's principles (food, woman, hands) is considered a crime even though Fullbody was the one that started it? I see how it is.
