Actually Kanjuro being traitor has been going around since the Law-Shinobu spat. Back then, it seemed like an amazing twist. But then, we had the Killer/Kamazou twist.

Well, of course, it is possible. But it is unlikely.

Firstly we do not know the limits of the fruit. So, whether it can send 4000 people into the future remains to be seen.

Secondly, for the guys to disappear for 24 hours mean that the Kyoshiro and WHB conflicts cannot be solved. You can say that it was solved last night, I don't think this is something Oda can solve in a flashback.

Thirdly, there is that glaring issue of something being carried in the Flower Capital. So, how would that play out if the guys disappeared for 24 hours?
