Nice thread, you pulled out enough of examples to show we can't take these info boxes as facts and that they have chances of being wrong/edited later in the story. So basically they shows already established things/info that we as readers know so far in the story.
And i dont see anything wrong with the thread unless it starts targeting a specific title i.e WSS which has enough setup in the story, so obviously can't be untrue.

You can't say it's a fake shit, have you ever said disrespectful nonsense about Luffy's or Sanji's dream? So why are you trying to do it with Zoro?
So no, Mihawk's title isn't a rumor or an exaggerated fake news, it's true in name and actuality.
