No you got this wrong. Tyr was the one who was ready to risk his arm to convince him. The proposal came from other gods. Tyr was just the only one willing to sacrifice his arm

2. Whats my problem with that is how oda integrates it in the story. How he draws it and how it makes you feel as a reader.
GV just couldnt keep up with the hype and the potential. Too many strong characters at one place. Thats why I say they all disappointed.
No sorryy rocks definitely had his cool moments in the flashback, but at god valley everyone was crap. Even Garp. Those scenes doesnt mean much to me. Thats like BM telling kaido to dodge zoros attack.. Just for the show

Tbh every single strong character was horrible displayed at god valley. WB, Roger, Garp, Rocks, Kaido etc. Everyone was disappointing. Oda can draw really beautiful fights If He wants to do and has the time for it. But God Valley was a simp show
