Most of them are better than One Piece, at least ones I have read. Sure, One Piece has probably the most extensive worldbuilding out there... but in terms of depth it cannot really compare to say D.Gray Man. Basically, OP's worldbuilding isn't exactly integrated... which is just to be expected...

Mihawk is likely on the level of Admirals, but I wouldn't say he was the "strongest" WG affiliate. I'd say Prime Garp was definitely stronger than Mihawk, and likely Old Garp as well.

After recent chapters, I got the impression that Kizaru is actually in deep depression. Basically, he cares and is not an inherently evil person, but unlike say Garp or Kuzan, he has completely given up on any possibility of making the world a better place. Kizaru is a broken man.
