Roger still has his ruthlessness to differ from Luffy. Luffy will beat anyone insulting his friends, but Roger will actually kill. Unless that aspect of him is changed Post-timeskip. Kaido considers him a soft pirate after all, but there's still the whole killing Squard's entire crew.

All we really know is that WB ended up having the strongest crew and be the unofficial ruler of the sea. But outside of crushing younger Crocodile, we don't have much else.

It's more just a theory for now. Loki's being somewhat more like an ice equivalent of Marco's fire. In terms of heat and raw power he's outclassed by the other fire users, but his has special features unique to him. Perhaps Loki is the same.
