Nope. I'm saying there might be no Hybrid form. Loki fruit is special like Luffy fruit. How do you differentiate luffy, Base, Hybrid and zoan form? Loki can already use lightening in base form. Can kaidou use his powers in Base form? Boro breath? Wind slashes?
