Honestly I didnt expect Sanji to get conqueror. He didnt match the personalities I associate with it.
But with the knights needing conqueror to be hit I would expect Sanji to get it. I think Luffy's top 2 are supposed to be able to hold back anyone decently enough.
Listing same characters several times is strange and feels like unnecessary attempt to bloat the numbers.
But the general idea that he fought most characters at the top of the current era with no recovery and lost from a technicality rather than lack of strength is true.

I wish they wouldnt keep having Sukana regenerate his techniques. I half expect they gonna him do domain expansion again.
