Franky didn't get any shine during the vega punk arc. Zoro role in Wano could have been handled better but it's still way better then Usopp situation in Wano. If anything it looks like Brook and Sanji will steal the arc from him.

Gear 5 is terrible because it removes tension from Luffy fights. Vs Crocodile and Lucci (pre skip) were some id the best fights because of the emotional tension involved. Currently whenever Luffy fights it feels like he fighting just because it's fun to fight.
