Okay so in last chapter Gaban wonders how much time has passed since Roger's death and he thinks it's about 3 or 4 years and Shanks corrects him and says it's actually been a decade. Gaban mentions it's probably felt longer for Shanks. Also at the end of the chapter it's confirmed 45 giant years...

Okay so 45 giant years is 15 human years (exactly one third) and Gaban says it's been 3 to 4 years when it's actually 10 (3.33 is one third of 10). Is this a hint of time passing slower in elbaph?
